I am Bárbara Niriz, a product designer that solves problems with Design Thinking, Empathy, Data, Curiosity, and Collaboration.
Since 2017 supporting companies to achieve their goals creating and improving digital products that meet people and business needs. I am nominated in Brazilians Who Design along with well-known and valuable professionals for the design industry.
I currently work remotely from Europe as a Product Designer consultant for an innovative UK-based company called Founder and Lightning.
My workflow
User Experience Design is about collaboration. I always seek to align business and user needs, team context, technology constraints, and evolutions.
My listening skills, open-mindedness, and ability to receive and give feedback are core values that enable me to achieve outstanding results.

Learn
Analysing all product data, researching and talking to the team and stakeholders to learn more about the business and the product.

Co + Create
I like to combine and adapt tools, methodologies and methods to define the product problem in collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
I can handle the whole creation process, including problem analysis, user study, hypothesis creation, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.

Test
Performing usability testing helps me validate hypotheses and assumptions with those who will use the product. This way, I can get the most valuable feedback and product instructions.

Measure
Behaviours change and so does technology. So the UX process is never finished. I use the quantitative and qualitative data to guide me for the next decisions or to repeat or adapt the process!
